Refund policy

All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the wrong item was shipped to you. Olivia Leigh Designs is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, and highly recommend selecting a tracked and insured package option at checkout.

Refunds and Exchanges:  To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email within 20 days of the order date. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond accordingly and make sure your needs are met.  If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.

Like nature, no handmade art is perfect.
